What is an AEREP© ?

An Accredited Equestrian Real Estate Professional© is an educated, experienced real estate professional who has demonstrated knowledge, experience and dedication in the field of equine real estate. They have been awarded the AEREP© designation after becoming a member of IEREP©, completing coursework and field training. The AEREP© is an asset to buyers and sellers of equine real estate and the real estate community. 

AEREP© Candidate Requirements:

1. A candidate must be actively involved in the field of real estate or appraisal and licensed in their state of residency.

2. A candidate must be an active member in good standing with the Institute of Equestrian Real Estate Professionals.

3. A candidate must adhere to the standards and ethics of the IEREP© .

4. A candidate must complete the educational requirement of an AEREP©.

5. A candidate must show proficiency in the field of Equine Real Estate.
